HAVARD TISDALE LODGE PLANNING APPLICATION FOR £40MILLION DEVELOPMENT IN BOURNEMOUTH TOWN CENTRE

Havard Tisdale have lodged a full planning application for an exciting new development in Bournemouth Town Centre. The mixed development will provide two new quality hotels providing 275 bedrooms and ancillary accommodation. In addition, a residential development will provide 45 one and two bedroom apartments in one block and 14 luxury apartments in the tower above the 4 star hotel. The development will also include the provision of 226 car parking spaces in basement car parks. 150 of these spaces shall be dedicated to public parking to serve the area.
The overall development will provide approximately 32,000m2 of new development.
The site occupies an elevated position close to the centre of the town and will provide hotel guests and residences with stunning views over the bay and the gardens.
Havard Tisdale are a development company based in the South and South West specialising in urban regeneration and have appointed Doig + Smith as Project Managers, Cost Consultants and CDM Co-ordinators for the project. Subject to receipt of Planning Consent the target is to have the project on site by the end of the year.
