£30M PRISON REVAMP DEAL

Doig and Smith has been awarded the cost management contract for the £30million redevelopment of Her Majesty's Prison Shotts.
A house block for 270 prisoners, a games hall, laundry, education unit, multi-faith suite and industrial workshops are included in the plans.
Ian Jamieson, partner at Doig and Smith said: "we have been working with the Scottish Prison Service for many years and we are delighted to continue our relationship with them on this important project."
