Doig+Smith are delighted to announce their appointment as Quantity Surveyors for Irvine Bay Developments Ltd on the Proposed Stevenston Business Centre in Ayrshire. The new purpose-built centre will be built on the site of the former Grange Bingo Hall. Work at the site is expected to start in September 2010, with the building completed in September 2011. The new two storey building will provide a mix of offices, workshops and retail space available to rent on flexible terms.
The accommodation will total some 8,000 sq ft. The development is in response to the need for good quality business accommodation to stimulate the local economy, encourage new businesses to start and to attract business into the area.
