Douglas has responsibility for the organisation, operation and service delivery of the Project Management Division including allocating appropriate levels and number of staff, setting the project strategies, systems and mechanisms to ensure satisfactory service delivery.

Douglas joined the firm in 1991 and has gained a wide range of knowledge and experience across a broad spectrum of the construction industry including offices, retail, factories, residential and leisure.

He has a particular interest in the briefing process at the early stages of a project which is essential to delivering a project which meets the client requirements and expectations.

Douglas was in the Merchant Navy in a previous life and still retains a taste for rum!
