Douglas has responsibility for the organisation, operation and service delivery of the Project Management Division.

Douglas joined the firm in 1991 and has gained a wide range of knowledge and experience across a broad spectrum of the construction industry including offices, retail, factories, residential and leisure.

He has a particular interest in the briefing process at the early stages of a project which is essential to delivering a project which meets the client requirements and expectations.

His hands on approach and close team management will ensure a consistently high level of service delivery.

Douglas was in the Merchant Navy in a previous life and brings some of his experiences and approaches to his current job.
