Gillian is based in our Glasgow office and has responsibility for commercial management of projects for a wide range of clients. Gillian's sector experience is comprehensive including offices, education, laboratories, healthcare and airports. Gill has particular expertise in strategic procurement selection, risk and value engineering, project cost control and reporting, and final account negotiation.

Gill's focus is on technical delivery and strong management to ensure predictable monitored outcomes that deliver an excellent quality of service to her clients, leading to extensive repeat business. She also has an in-depth working knowledge of the NEC form of contract.

Gill's interests include travelling, golf and running 10k's.
