Gillian is based in our Glasgow office and has responsibility for commercial management of projects for major clients such as BAA. Gillian’s sector experience is comprehensive including offices, call centres, education and airports. Gill has particular expertise in strategic procurement selection, risk and value engineering, project cost control and reporting, and final account negotiation.
