Lorna GibsonPractice ManagerLorna’s career has developed within the firm and she has carried out the expanding and challenging role of Practice Manager for several years. Lorna is responsible for managing in-house and external resources for all administration of the firm including: finance, human resources, IT, marketing and PR and has been responsible for introducing and implementing strategic projects including the replacement of existing bespoke database systems with a fully integrated business intelligence software system. Despite a hectic work and family life Lorna can still regularly be seen at her local gym working up a sweat with her personal trainer. << Back to people section |
