Tom’s professional experience spans across all sectors of the construction industry.  He provides advice on methods of innovative procurement solutions, conditions of contract and has specialist knowledge of NEC forms of contract.  He has significant experience in advising clients on partnering and framework agreements.

Tom has particular expertise on Airports, Prisons, Data Centres and Further Education Facilities. He was the team leader on the Royal Bank of Scotland Headquarters project and had a key role in the Cost Planning, Pre contract and Procurement stages.  He has also been instrumental in the development of Proactive Cost Management processes for specific clients and internally.

When Tom is not at his desk he can be found training for the odd 10k or by total contrast exercising his lungs with his Barbershop Chorus.
