Tom's professional experience spans across all sectors of the construction industry.  He provides advice on methods of innovative procurement solutions, conditions of contract and has specialist knowledge of NEC forms of contract.  He has significant experience in advising clients on partnering and framework agreements.

Tom is recognised for his ability to drive projects from a development management perspective bringing together teams with complimentary skills to realise client's ambitions.

Tom's interests include singing in his local barbershop group, fishing, golf and keeping fit.
