Scope of project:

• The project involved alterations to and refurbishment of the former Henderson House including the complete strip out of existing ward areas and refurbishing to create the new Board HQ comprising offices, board rooms, toilet facilities and a new feature entrance. Works included new windows, a new lift and associated structural works.
• The project was carried out in a phased manner over a 5 month period.

Full pre and post contract services including cost planning, risk and value management, value engineering, tender documentation, valuations, post contract cost reports and agreement of the final account with the contractor.

Scope of project:

• GMP Suite & Chemistry Laboratory for the University of Edinburgh and NHS at Queens Medical Research Institute, Little France, Edinburgh.
• Internal fit-out of the existing basement and small plant room extension and new patient lift and full M&E Installation, with phased construction
• The accommodation comprises:-
  GMP Suite and Chemistry Laboratory clean rooms.
  Waiting, Hot Waiting & Changing rooms.
  Imaging Suite.
  Cyclotron concrete vault, doors and maintenance tech room.
  PET/CT scanner and control room accommodation.
  mPET/CT scanner and control room accommodation.
  MRI room and a Mock MRI room accommodation.
  Zebra Fish accommodation - extension.
  Xenopus accommodation.
  General accommodation - offices, toilets, meeting rms etc
• Main equipment included comprises:-
  Radiopharmaceutical Hot Cells.
  Radiation and Protective Equipment.
  Radionuclide Delivery System
  Radiation Fume Cupboards.
  Specialist fit-out of the MRI room was placed separately.

Scope of project:

• Five CSSD (Central Sterile Supplies Department) Facilities for BMI Healthcare, one in Hillington, Glasgow and four in England (Radlett, Basingstoke, Aylesford and Birmingham).
• The CSSD facilities were housed in existing modern warehouse units requiring upgraded utility supplies, structural alterations to allow mezzanine floor construction, and subdivision with specialist partitions and walk-on ceilings to allow specialist equipment installations.

Scope of project:

• Two ACAD (Ambulatory Care and Diagnostics) Facilities built at Stobhill and Victoria Hospitals in Glasgow.
• Three / four storey buildings with hospital and associated facilities and parking below the buildings constructed on existing hospital grounds.

Cost planning, cost advice and preparation of package tender documentation for the successful Contractor on this PPP (joint) project.
