Eoin O’Neill

Eoin leads the Edinburgh office at Doig+Smith. With over 22 years of experience in commercial management and project controls, he has delivered prestigious and complex projects across education, energy, infrastructure, and property sectors in the UK and internationally. A Fellow of the Controls and Skills Authority and an accredited NEC Project Manager, Eoin is known for his understanding beyond his role in construction, clear communication, and commitment to client success.

Eoin’s grew up working on a dairy farm and his construction journey began at 16 as a site foreman. He is proud to have represented Antrim Gaelic Football at all levels and this background means he loves staying active. He brings resilience and positivity to every challenge qualities which are now strengthened by his successful battle with cancer. Always ready for a conversation (sometimes needing a reminder he has two ears and one mouth!), Eoin values relationships and strives to make every project a success.
